The question should be where the heck is the parents of the kid??? Old O.C. Road is busy and fast. Piss poor parents not keeping an eye their kid. Well probably parent.

Does anyone know the condition of the child?

Seriously! What is wrong with you people? Why are you so quick to pass judgement? You jump to conclusions before knowing everything that happened. Maybe the child was being watched by someone other than the parents/parent. What if it was a single parent? Does that mean that they are are a bad parent? And what about the comment of a woman in a SUV? A child was hit by a car! Did you think about how the driver is feeling? How about the child's family? I'm going to guess that you are a perfect person, in your own perfect world! Get over yourself and stop throwing stones!!!!!

This was a horrible accident and my heart goes out to the child and the family. I saw the accident scene and it is something I will never forget. I know the child was not responsive at the scene and CPR was performed. The child has been transported to Shock Trauma for further treatment. Does anyone have an update on the child's condition?

The child is not at shock trauma. He was transported from PRMC to John's Hopkins Hospital. His condition is listed as serious but at this time he is still fighting. He has a good chance of surviving, but quality of life is still not definite.

Joe,
Is there any way you can start a new blog with updates on this child? There are people in Salisbury that are concerned about this child but we do not want to bother the family during his difficult time.
