ACM FEMALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR, MIRANDA LAMBERT TO PERFORM AT THE WICOMICO YOUTH & CIVIC CENTER IN SALISBURY, MD

(Salisbury, MD) The reigning ACM Female Vocalist of the Year, Miranda Lambert is headed to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center. On Sunday, July 10th, Miranda takes the stage headlining her own Revolution Tour with special guests Chris Young and The Harters.  Tickets go on sale June 3rd and are available at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center Box Office, charge by phone at 410-548-4911 or on-line at http://www.wicomicociviccenter.org/.

2011 has been a busy year for Miranda.  In addition to bringing home the ACM honor for Female Vocalist of the Year, her critically acclaimed hit, “The House That Built Me” was also recognized for Single of the Year and Video of the Year.  The Revolution continues.  Following the success of “White Liar” and “Only Prettier”, Miranda’s newly released single, “Heart Like Mine”, has soared to the top of the charts reaching the #1 position on the day she married long-time partner, Blake Shelton.

All of Miranda’s success has left her with an overwhelming sense of responsibility to deliver a live show even better than the one she was already known for. Country fans will witness that commitment as Lambert hits the road with her Revolution Tour.  "Having that Texas club circuit experience at an early age and also touring with some of the best in the business for several years, I know what it takes to bring it every night and give fans more than their money's worth," says Lambert.

Also taking the stage will be CMA and Grammy nominated artist, Chris Young.  Chris is gearing up to release his third studio album this summer.  Following on the heals of three consecutive #1 hit singles, “Getting’ You Home (The Black Dress Song)”, “The Man I Want to Be”, and “Voices”, Chris’ latest release, “Tomorrow” is tearing up the charts.

Opening the evenings show will be up-and-coming country stars, The Harters.  The trio’s debut Billboard charting, single, “Jenny”, has generated tremendous anticipation for their upcoming debut album to be released this summer.

The Revolution Tour will be in full swing when Miranda Lambert, Chris Young, and The Harters hit the stage at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Sunday, July 10th, 2011.  Tickets go on sale June 3rd and are available at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center Box Office, charge by phone at 410-548-4911 or on-line at http://www.wicomicociviccenter.org/.

I don't understand this woman's success. I congratulate her on her achievements but I can't listen to most of her songs because I can't understand a word she's singing!
