Incident: Attempted Murder
Date of Incident: 14 November 2010
Location: 1100 block of Kenosha Avenue, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Michael Allen Carson, 15, Salisbury, MD


Narrative: On 14 November 2010 at 5:19 PM, a deputy responded for a reported stabbing that had just occurred in the 1100 block of Kenosha Avenue in Salisbury. During the ensuing investigation, deputies learned that Carson approached a 16 YOA victim and stabbed him in the chest. Deputies scoured the area and eventually located Carson on an adjacent street approximately two hours after the stabbing. Carson subsequently gave information about the incident and took the deputy to the knife’s hiding location where the weapon was recovered.

The victim was transported to PRMC for treatment of the stab wound. The injury sustained is not going to be life threatening.

The deputy placed Carson under for Attempted Murder and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Based on the seriousness of these charges, Carson was charged as an adult. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Carson in the Detention Center without bond.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 14 November 2010
Location: 800 block of Seminole Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Soly Aneus, 21, Salisbury, MD


Narrative: On 14 November 2010 at 12:17 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to investigate a reported altercation occurring between two subjects in front of a residence in the 8000 block of Seminole Blvd. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Soly Aneus and his live in girlfriend were involved in an altercation over property belonging to Aneus. During the ensuing altercation, Aneus was accused of striking hi s girlfriend in the mouth. While speaking to the girlfriend, the deputy saw fresh blood coming from the victim’s mouth.

The deputy placed Aneus under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Aneus on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Possession of Marijuana
Date of Incident: 13 November 2010
Location: Quantico Road, Quantico, MD
Suspect: 1. Nicholas C. Wade, 18, Quantico, MD
2. Male Juvenile, 17, Quantico, MD


Narrative: On 13 November 2010 at 10:00 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office was running radar on Quantico Rd in the Village of Quantico when he clocked a vehicle travelling 68 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Upon stopping the vehicle and making contact with the driver, Nicolas Wade, and his 17 year old passenger, the deputy detected the odor of marijuana drifting through the interior of the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, the deputy recovered marijuana and two smoking devices.

The deputy placed Wade and the juvenile under arrest. Wade was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Wade was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.
The juvenile was released to parents pending adjudication.
