… Incumbent Davis Ruark brings 24 years to the job. With the most infamous crime in memory coming to a jury next spring, do Wicomico voters really want to change horses?
IF ELECTED ARE YOU WILLING TO STAND UP... There comes a time when all citizens need to evaluate the goals, aspirations and commitment to the laws of the land we have chosen. That time is well upon us. Perhaps for the very survival of the United States depends on the answers to these basic questions: • What is the Economy in a Death Spiral. • Why are there immigration quotas. • Who benefits from the illegal immigration work force. • Why does the Federal Government passively condone such an illegal work force. With an annual budget of $3,518,000,000.00 (2009 Federal Budget alone) and little going back into the community, the Death Spiral starts. At one time money would go from my pocket to my neighbors, then from his pocket to his neighbors. This was the multiplier effect of economics spending. Now it leaves the community never to return. The Death Spiral starts. It is basic to any immigration policy to have the knowledge of Who,Why, Where and How Many. This way the process of immigration can be supported by the community and accounted for by the Federal Government. Our Elected Representative have certainly lost control of these basic tenants. The math is simple. If there are 17,000,000 (or any number you want) illegal immigrants working, that's 17,000,000 Americans that are not. In the 1970's , companies would say they were going to move over seas for inexpensive labor (most did not move). They found it less expensive to stay in place, bring the labor here and shift much of the expense onto the Federal Government. With some of the savings, buy a few Elected Officials (feeding their never ending need for re-election cash) to run protective interference. What to do? • 17,000,000 is a sustaining population. Get over it they are here. Close the borders, don't let more in, for now. Make it easy to go back. • Get rid of any and all politicians that have in any way, at any time, or for any reason, supported ACTIVELY or PASSIVELY this current dementia. • Aggressively pursue RICO violations against companies and politicians who traffic in this human labor at sub-standard rates. This is Racketeering and this is Slavery. • Do not allow, stand for or tolerate any more slaps on the wrists or look the other way politics. Follow the truth and the Law no matter where it leads or how high it goes. It is a criminal act. To this I put my name so that all will know me. I am a third generation of a proper immigrant. Served 24 year and three wars in the US Army. Son of a 36 year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. Grand son of a 30 Veteran of the Chicago Fire Department. Nephew of two retired Chicago Police officers, three WWII Sailors Two Army Air Corps and brother-in-law of two Korean War Vets. My Family has served the country that my Grandparents legal adopted. absolutely!!!! It is unfortunate timing with the Foxwell child but he was so involved in the search etc I don't feel he's the one to try the case anyway.....and maybe he could step up and help the new State's Attorney with whatever "Matt" may need. You need to let fresh blood in there Mr Ruark.
Davis is the ONLY one to try Sarah Foxwell's murderer. Davis knows the facts of this case inside and out, and he knows the law. Maybe Matt should ask Davis to become an Assistant State's Attoney so that he could gain some experience first. As far as fresh blood in there, Davis has several young, enthusiastice Assistants. For example, Assistant State's Attorney Lee Britt is already in the office and he would make a great State's Attorney in the future because he's getting the experience he needs working for Davis!Go Davis Go!
No, We dont need a change. There is nothing wrong with the way this man has done his job. I dont know him personaly, but am aware of what he has and has not done, anfd I think he has done as well as anyone else could have done. Thats what I think, and from what I see, thats all anyone else has as a reason for not wanting him in office. They THINK that. Then again, there are still people that THINK 9-11 was Iraqs fault. Go figure..
