Andy Harris Wins Every County In Republican Primary

SALISBURY, Md. – Andy Harris tonight celebrated his Primary Election victory winning all 12 counties in the First Congressional District.

Harris watched the election returns at the Maryland GOP Victory Headquarters in Salisbury along with supporters and other Republican Candidates.
