surprise, surprise....hes a black man. He would be crying racial descrimination if they didnt aquit him. The NAACP, ACLU, and any other group that only supports blacks would swarm Salisbury.

1:11pm : Wow, racist much? What does skin color have to do with the fact that the man was arrested, charged and had to live with the stigma associated with those kinds of crimes? It is wrong, and then so many people on this blog (and in the community) come out of the woodwork calling for his head. The judge didn't even need to listen to all the testimonies, see all the evidence or go much in depth into this thing. It was a bunch of horse dung, so he threw it out. You, sir, give the white race a bad name. I am ashamed to call you a fellow white person.
This man is very scarey and mistreats and abuses the female inmates constantly. You have NO idea what he really does to these women unless you work there. So, don't get all excited because you think he is so wonderful and the judge could clearly see that. NO! The judge didn't have enough evidence. That's all.
And as far as the racism goes...... it is now REVERSE RACISM in Wicomico County!!! All the black women and men do whatever they want with their county jobs whether they are actually productive or not. And the white men and women have to walk around on egg shells kissing their butts. And goodness sakes if a white person is the supervisor!! OMG!!! They are mistreated and ignored. It would normally be called "insubordination" anywhere else- but not in Wicomico County!! It's called "I'm gonna go over your head and get my way no matter what. I am black and I deserve to be lazy and keep getting my county check whether I know what the heck I'm doing or not!"

If there is any decency left at WCDC, he will face administrative and disciplinary action.
The Judge may have thrown the case without listening to all the witnesses or see all the evidence but he still should face disciplinary action.
Remember that if any other correctional officer would have that much evidence against him,WCDC would fire him on the spot.
