Troopers Seek Public’s Assistance in Identifying a Theft Suspect

Delaware – State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a theft suspect that used credit card information to make purchases.

This incidents occurred between August 25, 2017 and August 28, 2017 when the suspect, depicted in the surveillance photo, used credit cards from unsuspecting victims at two different stores in Bridgeville and Laurel to purchase gift cards and other items totaling more than $500.00.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years of age, 5’08”-5’11” tall, 240-280 lbs. (Surveillance photo attached)

If anyone has any information in reference to the identity of this individual, they are asked to contact Trooper First Class R. Mitchell at 302-337-1090. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
