Why McDonald’s Coke Tastes Better

Many Coca-Cola lovers have long said that getting their favorite beverage at McDonald’s is better than getting it at the store or gas station. It simply tastes better and is more satisfying than bottled soda, or even fountain Coke from another restaurant.

It may seem like our taste buds are just playing tricks, but McDonald’s has finally revealed information that seems to confirm why Coke may, in fact, taste better at McD’s.

Last year, the fast food chain answered the simple question, “Why does the Coca-Cola taste so good at McDonald’s?” on the FAQ section of their website, thereby giving Coca-Cola-loving internet users the ability to say, “Told you so!”

“There are many reasons the Coca-Cola tastes so great at McDonald’s,” the company writes on their website. “We simply follow the guidelines set by Coca-Cola and take steps to ensure it tastes the same as when you buy it in a bottle.”

But it’s not the same. It’s different, better, magical even.

It's true! Nothing better than a McDonald's coke!

It's like a fountain Coke used to be, without (sadly) the fountain.

I like to see you try three different McDonald's restaurants without getting three different tasting cokes

Nothing beats a Mcds coke when hungover.

I disagree. McDonald's coke tastes like chemicals, and with the wax paper cup never gets icy enough.

While I dislike Chick-fil-a, the one they they know how to do is make a perfect Coke!

McDonald's also has the best fries, why, because there is a bit of sugar mixed with the salt they put on them in the kitchen.

I'm calling BS on this..

Big food all ways adds sugar. Hello obesity and diabetes. Total processed garbage.

I'm still trying to get over 6:00 saying they dislike chic-fil-a? WTH? I'm stunned!

NO!!!! It is becasue they add something to it...

Like they do with the lettuce in the salads... They either put sugar in the salad or they wash the salad leaves with water that has sugar in it... And if you look closely at the french fries, you can see sugar on them too... which is why kids loves McD's over most places... Then of course you have their sweet tea... Geee Wonder why it is so sweet!!!!

The water in some areas makes the slow taste like watered down flat soda
In crisfield and some smallerntowns where the water is not that good.
