police receive ZERO dollars from citations. Keep up the enforcement, it's clearly needed.

The State issues statutes.
He enforces them.

Police only enforce the law. Don't want to pay a fine, don't speed.

Police receive zero dollars for citations.....
I've never seen the Maryland State Volunteer Troooer!
Paid thugs! Plain an simple. They receive pay checks!
My question is where are these cop lovers comments about the trained cop who killed a kid while on his computer! Dont wanna pay a fine don't speed? How about lead by example? The way policing use to be. When cops were respected an America was great?

People make mistakes. Cops, troopers and deputies make mistakes. Teachers, doctors, and clergymen make mistakes. But not you - thank God you are out there, perfect in everyway, judging people from your little glass house. At least the Big Man upstairs got it right one time and we are blessed with your presence. Please update us if you can find anybody else out there that's as perfect as you are.

Giovanni! There is a difference in making a mistake and knowingly taking a job that's lost its meaning and became borderline Gestapo!

I would rather have them on a motorcycle than the way they used to just walk out into traffic in front of the speeding car and holding their hand up.
