I'm seeing more and more carts abandoned around walmart and sams .
That just tells me it's not a bag lady or man , but a stealing SOB .
Walmart on the southside has carts stolen every day , pick up as many as you want in fruitland.
We live on rt349 and drive to Easton to shop , it's a nice drive . Sometimes we go to the Seaford area . Salisbury is no longer on
our list to shop , as a matter of fact we always use the by-pass
to avoid that place of crime and liberal occupation.
