Is this supposed to be a deterrent to other shoplifters? Better would be a followup of what the courts do with their cases.
I say make them stand in the entrance of WalMart, Mall, Target etc. where ever they stole from holding up a sign saying " I'm a low-life thief with no morals or character I am a criminal"
Keep watching the shoplifters posts. They are full of ugly white women. Just my observation.
