I picked out several county employees in the audience. I hope they were on personal or vacation time. I understand supporting the new county exec but this is not a work function. This is a ceremonial event. I voted for Culver for no waste. Glad to see the PIO is gone.

As an employee we had an option to take vacation/personal time with approval from supervisor
