But you can't have it both ways. You either agree with police nationwide and condone their actions or you do the opposite.Straddling the fence doesn't cut it.Be one or the other.Don't be both.

It is amazing that they were willing to lie knowing that they were being filmed. It shows a complete disregard for ethics and integrity.

It's amazing, given the serious nature of DUI, that the driver wouldn't just take the test. Inconvenient, yes. Necessary given the number of people who get behind the wheel after drinking, yes.

No it is not necessary.
If another sovereign harms you or damages your property, then you have an issue with him. In that scenario you request the police to assist you in charging the other sovereign with an offense.

You both go to court and plead your case. The jury makes a decision. If the other person has damaged you or your property, then he/she must make it right. The court orders such at that time.

That is COMMON LAW. It is what the US Constitution established.

STATUTORY LAWS are what the Patriots rebelled against to establish this "free" Nation. It was free from statutes dictated by someone who considered himself "sovereign" over everyone else (you and me).

The US established sovereignty for all. At least all white men who owned property - back then.

Bla...bla...bla.... cops stick together and will hunt you down if you screw with them. It has always been that way...get use to it. If you have any sense at all.... you will keep your trap shut.

And THAT is how evil triumphs.

Being scared and cowering down is not the answer.

What I like about this video is how polite the 3 gentlemen remained to the officers. They asked questions and knew their constitutional rights but were never rude or belligerent to anyone. They made their point and I commend them for having the courage to protest the infringement of everyone's rights.

Wicomico County Deputy Howard Phillips lies when he generates his police report. This I know is a fact.

What kind of BS is that? So we agree with all their bad actions and disregard the few good ones they do? Or agree with the few good ones and disregard all the bad ones?

Get off here and go back to playing your games. This is the real world.
