Incident: Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute

Date of Incident: 3 September 2014

Location: Connelly Mill Road, Delmar, MD

Suspect: Keith Kenroy Davis, 29, Seaford, DE
            
Narrative: On 3 September 2014 at 6:30 PM a deputy initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle operated by Keith Davis of Seaford for a registration violation. Prior to pulling over, the deputy observed the driver discard a plastic baggie out the window. The deputy was able to recover the baggie that Davis discarded and observed that it held what was recognized as cocaine. The amount of cocaine seized was indicative of intent to distribute.

The deputy transported Davis to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance the Commissioner detained Davis without bond.

Incident: Most Wanted Arrest

Date of Incident: 3 September 2014

Location: 500 block of Pinehurst Avenue, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Unique S. Coles, 25, Salisbury, MD
            
Narrative: On 3 September 2014 at 9:38 AM the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that a wanted subject, Unique Coles, was observed at a school in Salisbury. Coles had been recently featured on WMDT 47’s Fugitive Friday segment. Coles was being sought on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after she failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a theft case.

The deputy arrested Coles and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance,the Commissioner detained Coles in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.

Incident: Warrant Arrest

Date of Incident: 3 September 2014

Location: Somerset County, MD

Suspect: Alvin Ray Powell, 64, Snow Hill, MD
            
Narrative: On 3 September 2014 information was received that a wanted fugitive, Alvin Ray Powell was at a location in Somerset County.Powell was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued back on 2 June 2014 after Powell failed to appear for a DUI case. Powell was arrested back on 11 March 2014 and charged with DUI Per Se after arriving at the Victim Impact Panel sponsored by MADD. Based on the information received Powell was taken into custody on the warrant.

Upon arrest, the deputy served a second District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Powell failed to appear for a Violation of Probation hearing in an Assault 2nd Degree case.

Following an initial appearance, the District Court Commissioner released Powell on Personal Recognizance on both warrants.

Incident: Possession of Heroin

Date of Incident: 3 September 2014

Location: Northwood Drive, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Scott Edward Weaver, 21,Delmar, MD
            
Narrative: On 3 September 2014 at 1515 hrs, a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Scott Weaver on Northwood Drive. Upon making contact with Weaver, the deputy observed in plain view what was recognized as a syringe containing what would be identified as heroin.

Further search of the vehicle revealed more heroin related paraphernalia.

The deputy placed Weaver under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Weaver on $25,000.00 unsecured bond.

I cannot for the life of me understand why kids keep even trying heroin let alone being around it all.

When we were kids, in the 90's, we did alot of drugs. It was coke and week and LSD. We were good with that, isn't it enough.

If someone brought heroin and was like hey try this, it's heroin, they would of gotten jumped in a heartbeat. That shit is for trash. I just can't even believe it

Here is a correlaation for you - crack down on the users and abusers of pain meds and oopps! now we have a sudden rise in herion use! Dult!!
