Must-See Police State Video: “You Are At My Door With Guns And I Fear For My Life… I Have Committed No Crime”

The following video footage, captured by Avel Amarel and uploaded to Youtube, shows how easy it is to stop police state tactics dead in their tracks.

When two police officers show up at the door claiming to be looking for a wanted fugitive, Avarel begins recording.

What you’ll see is nothing short of shocking, as police attempt to first enter his home without a warrant, and then attempt to turn him into a criminal for refusing to submit to their demands.

Keep in mind that entire conversation takes place on Avarel’s doorstep, with him standing inside of his home as police continue to push their way forward making unlawful demands.

But instead of intimidating him into submission, they get a lesson in the U.S. Constitution and the letter of the law.

He's right! They could have been Thieves/gang members dressed up like cops. They didn't show their ID.
IMPERSONATORS PLAY COPS ON THE HIGHWAY ALL THE TIME!

But, do you think he was harboring the fugitive?

Makes no difference if he was harboring a fugitive! If they suspected him of harboring a fugitive they should have gotten a warrant. Also they do have to produce ID when asked for it. They refused to show ID so therefore breaking the law. Just because an supposed cop beats on your door DOES NOT mean let them in!

Brilliant! Sad it has come to this but I am impressed that he has armed himself with knowledge and stayed calm.

they couldve gone in with reasonable cause. the beat up woman said the fugitive went into this fellas house. they shouldve gone in and this guy shouldve let them in. i fully believe he was protecting his buddy.

Why is that 1:02 because he looks to not be white? He told the cop where he saw him go. He was right to refuse then to come in. If they has witness saying he went in the hours they would of got a warrant real fast so try again.

If anyone, including the police, enter your home without just cause and without your permission, you have the legal right/duty to use any force required to repel such an invasion, up to and including deadly force.

The state of Indiana actually made the point of making this one of its' state laws.

Of course, if you choose to use deadly force, you better be damn sure you are in the right.
