Did anyone else notices that we are paying her rent....while she has a huge screen tv upstairs and at least 2 more large ones in the basement. Was that her nice SUV in the driveway? I need to quit work and start collecting welfare
Many houses where serial killers did their deeds are torn down after the killers are brought to justice. This one qualifies.
Leather couches and big screen TVs. Pretty nice for a "poor" person.
Now that's a novel right there...
Not sure how to handle this one except to err on the side of saleability. No one will buy it. Demo and build a house that doesn't look like that, including the basement. In a different location on the lot.
Let her out of that lease.
