Historic Maryland Farm Needs Life-Long Curator

A historic farm on Maryland's Eastern Shore needs a caretaker. State officials are offering a lifetime lease in exchange for restoring and maintaining the Grove Farm near Earleville in Cecil County.
The Department of Natural Resources is holding open houses at the farm on Saturday and again on Oct. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The farm is part of the state's Resident-Curatorship Program, which matches historic properties with those interested in restoring and maintaining them.
