Pets might be man's best friend, but they're not always well behaved.
Take the dachshund who sneaks out of bed at 5 a.m. to relieve itself on the floor. Or the scruffy canine who bit a veterinarian who sat on its chair. And then there's the cat that drank all the saline solution.

I think people shaming would be a whole lot better. Dogs have enough problems as it is and it's the people that should be ashamed of that.
You are right on 11:24. "I have been on welfare all my life" should be tatooed on the forehead of every career bum in the country. I guess it really wouldn't matter because most of them have no shame or dignity anyway. So me of them would wear it as a badge of honor.
Should be a site for Human Shaming--most of the "crimes" that these dogs have committed are because owners leave their shoes and clothes around.
7:24-This too will soon come to pass.The cutoff will cause a huge homeless spike due to zero job training and work ethics,but the end of entitlements is in sight.
