The Salisbury City Council has scheduled an additional work session in Council Chambers (Room 301) of the Government Office Building (125 N. Division Street) for Monday, April 9, 2012, at 11:30 a.m.
The purpose of the work session is to deliberate on the election redistricting required by city population increases as reported by the 2010 Census. These deliberations were originally scheduled as part of the April 2 work session, but due to receipt of materials from the ACLU of MD shortly before the meeting, the discussion was rescheduled to afford Council and the City Attorney time to review the submissions.
