Incident: Warrant

Suspect: Benjamin Brooks, Jr., 31, Delmar, MD

Narrative: On 22 March 2012
at 9:29 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office arrested Benjamin Brooks at a residence on West Elizabeth Street in Delmar, MD. Brooks was wanted on an arrest warrant issued on 2 March 2012 charging him with Manufacturing and Distribution of CDS.

The deputy transported Brooks to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained brooks in the Detention Center in lieu of $150,000.00 bond.

Suspect: Gregory James Wright, 47, Princess Anne, MD

Narrative: On 22 March 2012
at 10:24 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office took Gregory James Wright into custody on a Wicomico County Circuit Court Body Attachment in a Child Support Case. The deputy transported Wright to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and detained in the Detention Center on a pre-set bond of $2,000.00

Location: 700 block of Roger Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Otiscia Yvonne Wilkins, 30, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 22 March 2012
at 9:54, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office located Otiscia Wilkins at a residence in the 700 block of Roger Street in Salisbury. Wilkins had been sought on an arrest warrant that had been issued on 29 September 2011 in an assault case.

The deputy took Wilkins into custody and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Wilkins in the Detention Center in lieu of $5,000.00 bond.

Date of Incident: 24 March 2012
Location: 6000 block of Willing Drive, Salisbury
Suspect: Nicholas William McQuown, 21, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 24 March 2012
at 9:35, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 6000 block of Willing Drive for the purpose of locating Nicholas McQuown. A bench warrant for McQuown’s arrest had been issued on 15 March 2012 when he failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a burglary case.
The deputy arrested McQuown and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, McQuown was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center without bond.
