Court Hints Entire Health Care Law Might Need To Be Struck Down

The law needs to be struck down, but the funny part is this. Assuming it is struck down, does everyone realize that the administration, Pelosi and Reid spent 2 legislative years working on this and have nothing to show for it? Do you think the lack of cooperation between the parties might be a result of all the back room wheeling and dealing and votes in the middle of the nite contibuted to today's stalemate. The democrats have no one but themselves to thank for all of this. It was underhanded from the beginning.
