Why is Jeff Simpson still employed with the City of Salisbury??

Proof that Jeff Simpson is on the payroll of the city tax payers but he is never around. Check out the Happy Holidays Picture with the Mayor and Council along with Department heads. Simpson wasn't even in town that day the picture was taken so he had to send his good ole boy. In reality Deputy Chief Rick Hoppes should have been the substitute not the "Senior" Assistant Chief. Jim Ireton do your job and get rid of your incompetent fire chief.

Christmas will come early for Wilber -- a $667,000 present.
