Always. ...and started long before it was the law. Didn't need the gummint to tell me it was a smart thing to do. I'd continue to do so even if it wasn't the law.

Yes! My vehicle is not put in gear until I, along with everyone else in my vehicle have their seatbelts on.
I did this long before there were "seatbelt laws".
Anytime I am on the roads, the seatbelt is on. I don't wear it to move the vehicle from the garage to the driveway, however.
Of course.If I don't fasten my seatbelt the alarm won't shut up.Boy is that thing annoying.

Always! Well not always. A lot of times when I am drunk I forget to put it on. Or especially if I am high. And that is a lot so I guess not always. But some times I do.
I always wear mine and have before it was law. i used to wear my safety belt when i was a kid and would get teased by others. Thanks Ralph Nader, you saved my life when i ran into that tree.
