Well now how do you like this? I was receiving C.S. before my kid turned 18. I am owed more than $13,555.00 back child support.In a genuine effort to help elivate the stress that was causing the ex to not pay I had the support modified to a lower amount(looking at the big picture in order to at least get some support)the next thing I know the ex goes into hiding in Delaware,finds a job paying cash,gets DE driving license, and registers his vehicle in DE.It sure dint take him long to figure out how to work the system did it?
