the coffee and the cigars are free or just the coffee? i like the smell of a good cigar but you can always tell when someone is smoking a cheap one.

A few things to the anti-cigar crowd:

Most cigar smokers do not inhale. Even if they did, there has NEVER been a large scientific study on cigar smokers.

I know what you're thinking... but there have been those studies on cigarettes- and they are the same, right?

The best answer is maybe...

The tobaccos used in cigars and cigarettes are different. This doesn't necessarily mean that the health results would be different, but it doesn't mean that they would be the same, either. It's interesting to note that the Ph of the tobaccos used for cigarettes and those used for cigars are different- one is an acid and one is a base. A good touchstone to use would be the difference between hemp and cannabis. Most people know that industrial hemp is related to cannabis, but cannot get a person high. Similiarly, there are differences between differing tobacco plants that have never fully been explored. Instead the anti-smoking crusaders just lump them all together in their lust to ban their use by adults. I find this reprehensible. It is sloppy science at best.

So take a breath, nobody is dying here... Joe you are free to smoke. After a tough day tracking down the days' news spark up a premium cigar of your choice and unwind.

While I am at it, the tobacco industry was one in which we Americans made billions of dollars. So the next time you here an anti-smoking crusader talk about job losses remind them of their role in closing down one of the most successful industries in American, nah WORLD history. Countless farmers, laborers, office workers, etc... are out of work. Thanks! Way to go!
