BREAKING NEWS: Utah Identifies 2 Allegedly Behind Immigrant List

SALT LAKE CITY — Utah officials have identified at least two state workers who apparently breached a state database to create a list of 1,300 purported illegal immigrants.

Gov. Gary Herbert's office said Friday that the employees work for the Department of Workforce Services, which administers food stamp programs and other public benefits.

News media, law enforcement and other government officials started receiving the list of names and personal information this week, creating widespread fear in the Hispanic community. The anonymous mailing demands that those on the list be deported, although some named have said they are in the country legally.

The list contains Social Security numbers, birth dates, workplaces, addresses and phone numbers. Names of children are included, along with due dates of pregnant women.

The governor's office has said it will give information about the breach to the state attorney general's office by Monday so it can decide whether to file charges.

Intentionally releasing a private record in Utah is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. If someone stole such a record, it could be prosecuted as a felony with a penalty punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

The investigation continued Friday, even though state employees usually have the day off as part of the state's four-day workweek to cut energy costs.

While this may have not been legal, the hispanic community wouldn't have to worry if they are here LEGALLY!

Just like the exposure of the climategate e-mails, Hannh Giles and James O'Keefe, the media and the government are more concerned about finding and prosecuting the whistle blowers instead of the criminals. They bitch about violations of privacy, but they (the government and the media) have their noses into every aspect of everyones life (except of course the criminals). This country has been totally turned upsidedown, backwards and inside out. Good is bad and bad is good. Up is down and down is up. That is why America (as we know it) will be soon be just a memory.

Do they punish the millions of illegal who steal social security numbers, creating sometimes lifelong problems for the people whose identity they have stolen? There are millions, credit is destroyed, social security unpaid, home loans given out to the thieves, etc.

If the government handled their business, people wouldn't feel forced to do such a thing. Of COURSE they're all on the food stamp list, of course they all have multiple children and most of the women are pregnant or have infants. And of course we are going broke, and mexicans alone account for a full one quarter of all public services, which is possibly in the trillions - while accounting for the largest recipients of food stamps, WIC and welfare grants. Public services also include education, medical care, housing grants, mortgage assistance (they shouldn't even have mortgages) rent assistance, multiple cash grants that cover a variety of urgent needs, and many other things. The public services-welfare-disability-social security budget for the U.S. is around 60% of the entire budget.

While the branches of the military suspend and cut off tuition benefits for veterans (right? join the national guard, or any military branch and get your college tuition covered?) the federal 'budget' for college tuition for illegals has been increased. Somebody explain what the hell is going on!

This doesnä't even include job loss, destruction of general salaries to actual citizens, loss to the economy when people don't pay taxes and when they end the money they make out of the country where it goes into circulation there and boosts their economy (estimated 80 BILLION a year in losses due to money sent out of the country) property devaluation, etc.

None of this begins to cover the costs in terms of human life, physical injury, theft, robbery, destruction of property, the cost of incarceration-to law enforcement-the court systems, to mental health-stress-anxiety-fear, and to the victims of rape-sexual assault. A study of serial sexual predators who are also illegal aliens shows the average age of their victims is eleven (11), 22% of victims were chosen because they suffer a mental or physical disability-rendering them easy prey, 46% eventually kill a victim or victims which is usually why they get caught.

How about the approx 4,000 killed annually by drunk driving illegals, the majority of whom have a string of previous DUIs on their records (does that qualify as the nonviolent acceptable crime record that would still allow one to qualify for DACA?) OR the additional approx 4,000 people a year MURDERED by illegals. That's 8,000 people dead PER YEAR which is almost as many people killed by 'gun violence' every year, yet screeching about gun ownership & demanding strict gun control is considered rational, prudent, and good - but complaining about illegals is considered 'racist', bad and wrong.

That is more than twice as many killed during the 9/11 terror attack, which caused heavy handed regulation of travel and air flights, apparently allows the govt to pat down 2 year olds and wheelchair bound 85 year old veterans - while the borders remain as porous as a sieve! And even though it's PROVEN 100% that HUNDREDS of members of terrorist organizations like Al-Shebaab have come through the border of Mexico into the United States and pay the coyotes handsomely to smuggle them in. I can't take a 2 hour domestic flight without having my titties groped and going through a machine that shows you NAKED - but hundreds of thousands of drug cartel members, criminals and terrorists can drive or walk right across the Mexican border unimpeded.

It's INSANE.
