I wanted to deliver the final work recently down at Delmar Elementary and thank Carl Anderton, (Delmar Town Councilman) Rick Pollitt, (County Executive) and Delmar Elementary. This is Government at its finest Folks.
Mike can now travel from his home all the way to Delmar Elementary without having to ride his wheel chair down the center of two busy roads. Great job!
