Joe, Here is a topic for discussion. The Salisbury Fire Department pays its officers who maintain their status as Paramedics $ 3500 a year. Many of them never perform any medical care or ride on an ambulance. If they are asked to ride the ambulance they wont and some threaten to turn in their Paramedic card. Why does the City pay this bonus if they never use it ?
