The Chairman of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee, Mark McIver, posts a Democrats 8 ft. billboard on his commercial property on Moss Hill Lane. The core function of the Republican Central Committee is to support and elect Republicans not Democrats. Mark McIver and Muir Bota got elected to the Republican Central Committee to elect Republicans and they are failing their constituents! It may be considered a "nonpartisan" race but Jake Day is a well know Partisan. He is a Socialist who is registered as a Democrat and despises President Trump. It is known that the Vice Chair of the Republican Central Committee, Muir Bota, openly admitted he was going to vote for the Democrat and not the Republican candidate for Mayor of Salisbury. What is wrong with the local Republican Party in Wicomico County?

McIver is a fool. Anyone really involved in the party knows that and the brown nosers support him for the perks his wife's money gives them like $500.00 special event ticket invites comped by McIver. Thank goodness he is stepping down. Call Dirke Hair the state Rep Chair and complain or Matt Adams he is the 3rd VP for the state and is actually on the shore and cares.
McIver(as well as most of the members) is a BUSHIE, RINO and NEVER TRUMPER. I attended a meeting 3 years ago to support Donald Trump. McIver opened the meeting by saying that the west side of Rt.50 had enough TRUMP signs, but the east side between Salisbury and O.C. was lacking. I got on my phone and messaged a friend, who owned prime frontage on 50. He was more than willing to have them erect several signs there. I relayed my friend's willingness to McIver. The signs never went up! And I never went back to another meeting.
You vote for who you, as an informed individual, feel will do the best for the post being filled......regardless of party affiliation!
Now you know why I have nothing to do with the 2 faced Republican Committee in Wicomico County. This again proves there is no Republican Politians on the Eastern Shore. They are all hypocrites and if any true Republicans get elected on / from the Eastern Shore we the people have to do it ourselves and call out these hypocrites. Shows they are following the HOGAN example of being 2 faced and not a true Conservative Republican.

Central Committee members are elected but not paid so we can't fire him and no will do a recall . Voters need to pay attention to the ballot and understand what the CC does. Voters just vote straight down the ticket. McIver throws his money and influence around so he gets voted in as chair by the other elected central committee members. He is already grooming Wendy to take over because she will be a puppet and do nothing but get her picture taken but at least she is a republican unlike half of that committee. Shawn or Linda would be a good a choice but Mark will buy it for his heir apparent .

Both Marc McIver and Muir Boda should be removed from the Republican Central Committee. We always knew that Boda only became a Republican so that he could have a better chance of getting elected than being a Libertarian.

I kind of agree with you to an extent. If I was Wayne King I would get some volunteers to help me and I would be knocking on doors every single day of the week from dusk to dawn until the day of the election.
