BALTIMORE (WBFF) - BGE customers are set to get a dip in their monthly bills soon, after the Maryland Public Service Commission approved the company's plan to offer $103 million in annual tax savings to customers.
Starting Feb. 1, the average BGE residental electric customer will see an estimated $2.91 decrease in their monthly bill, and the average natural-gas-and-electric customer will see an estimated $5.41 monthly reduction, said BGE on Wednesday.

There is also a scam going around about DPL. we got a call from someone claiming to be from DPL and wanting to put a device on our meter which will adjust our electric usage according to how we use it each day. We called DPL and asked if this was in fact true. They said it was a scam, and to hang up on anyone claiming that.
Well, they called again asking to put this device on. I told them it was a scam and i had talked to DPL about it. They hung up on me immediately.
Well DPL is running their own electric meter scam so who is losing? Us! 2:28
@2:28pm, you should have told them to bring it on out and ask them when they would be there and have the police waiting for them.
