PRESS RELEASE

July 1 – July 31, 2017

  • 07-01-2017 Belinda Chadwick, age 51 of Crisfield, MD was arrested for theft less $100. She  was  issued a criminal citation and released.
  • 07-03-2017 Edgar Castro, age 28 of Imperial, CA was arrested for theft less $100. He was issued a criminal citation and released.
  • 07-07-2017 Brandon McMillan, age 20 of Snow Hill, MD was arrested for fraud/identity theft. He was released on his personal recognizance.
  • 07-08-2017 Kavon Rowley, age 23 of Pocomoke, MD was arrested for theft/unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was held on $5000 bond.
  • 07-09-2017 Miranda Wurm, age 22 of Saint Mary’s, PA was arrested for malicious destruction of property less $1000. She was issued a criminal citation and released.
  • 07-09-2017 Devin Whiteman, age 25 of Berlin, MD was arrested for malicious destruction of property less $1000. He was issued a criminal citation and released.
  • 07-09-2017 Justin Shockley, age 26 of Ocean City, MD was arrested for malicious destruction of property less $1000. He was issued a criminal citation and released.
  • 07-11-2017 Christopher Schoolfield, age 36 of Pocomoke, MD was arrested for second degree assault. He was released on his personal recognizance.
  • 07-13-2017 Zachary Figgs, age 24 of Parksley, VA was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was issued citations and released pending trial.
  • 07-14-2017 Ronrecus Wharton, age 30 of Atlantic, VA was arrested for second degree assault. He was issued a criminal summons and released pending trial. 
  •  07-13-2017 Abdo Ahmed, age 22 of Chincoteague, VA was arrested for theft less $10,0000. He was issued a criminal summons and released pending trial.
  • 07-23-2017 Everett Gaunt, age 30 of Pocomoke, MD was arrested for theft less $100. He was issued a criminal citation and released.

    Three (3) juvenile arrests were made for theft, rogue and vagabond and a concealed

    Weapon.

    13 additional arrests were made for various traffic violations during this time period.
