Not to be mean, but there had to be signs that this was a problem. It is not the first time it has rained here, and not the first time it has flooded.

So what is your point exactly? Don't build here? Buy a house here?

Drones are much better than Google maps, aren't they, Dan the Man & his fellow WBOC minions? You have a Drone Squad but still post goofy google maps. Moronic.

the flooding here has really never been horrible as it has the last few years. when we bought our home we were told by the owners they never had this problem and now our home is destroyed with many others with significant damage. Yes there is a problem is it the drain field and ditches, I know so

The atmosphere now holds much more water because of the heavy metals suspended in it.
Therefore, when it rains, more rain falls from the sky.
Nature never caused this much rain, and those of us who are old know this for a fact.
Blame it on the geoengineering activities which place particulate matter in the atmosphere.
Dan calls it "ground clutter" as it lights up the radar.

You are right....it is not the first time. Complaints have been made EVERY time it has happened but because only a few were effected nothing was done. Now MANY have been effected with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage. They are starting to pay attention. A neighbor just pulled a cooler, construction plastic and plastic trash out of the culvert that is "maintained",by the county. One of the three culprits in the drainage issue here.
