Charlottesville, VA. Location of U of VA. Founded by Thomas Jefferson. Kind of a Prog haven now but roots of the Tree of Liberty are deep.
Right to assemble is guaranteed. They shouldn't need anyone's permission.
The right to incite violence because one doesn't agree with WHATEVER is not.
