With even more rain in the forecast for today, this will be much worse - prayers and considerations for the homeowners

I say stay home today. Just going out is going to make more hassles for you if your vehicle stops or whatever. It's not worth it to make problems for yourself.

My friend has a storage at the place on Snow Hill Road, it is flooded there. Businesses don't seem to care what goes on, the water was deep by my friends storage door, some were running into the halls and under doors. So sad.
