SBYNews EXCLUSIVE: The Investigative Results Are In On The Sexual Assault On Hartley Hall

I want to thank Senator Jim Mathias for immediately getting involved in bringing in investigators from the State. We can only hope this investigation will help each and every employee working there to know their voices can be heard. Fortunately they came to Salisbury News as NONE of the rest of the media ever mentioned any of this happening.

When ever there is an incident/allegation of abuse, the Ombudsman's office investigates and a survey is done. The response is by the nursing is to develop a lan of correction. There are surveys done annually at every nursing home and the results are available to the public.

So, the guy needs to be in jail, not still in the nursing home. He's lost his rights to be free.

Employees are still being retaliated against. So much bullying going on from nurse to nurse. Morale is down big time. We were promised things would get better but it's gotten worse. The mean, heartless and unprofessionalism is overwhelming. We're told to just leave, but we know how the new nurses will be treated and bullied here. It's a very hostile work environment. And, yes, I do have a lawyer. Nobody should endure this.

Sent to psychiatry and then sent back. So, he's not a danger to self or others, eh?

The Senators involvement was AFTER Hartley Hall made the report to the Ombudsman, the police, and other regulatory agencies as required by law. This event is horrible. And if you are not happy where you are working, leave and find a job that will make your life better. If I worked there,in a place that I felt retaliation, bullying, hostility, low moral, heartlessness, unprofessionalism, and overwhelmed, my concern would be finding another job. I would not be concerned with the next nurses experience. The best option is to find an employment recruiter not a lawyer.
