SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury University men's lacrosse team captured its 20th Capital Athletic Conference tournament victory and secured its 29th consecutive berth into the NCAA tournament with a 15-5 win on Saturday afternoon over York College of Pennsylvania.
Salisbury got out to an 11-0 lead in the first half to put away the game early and get the conference championship win after York had beat Salisbury on the same stage last season.
Salisbury got the first goal of the game just over two minutes in with Nathan Blondino driving from X and placing the turnaround shot into the top shelf.
Blondino would end the game with eight points off three goals and five assists to break the 100-point mark for the second-straight season. Blondino heads into the NCAA tournament with 105 points.

Way to go, SBY! I'm very proud of our home team every year! Nice Job!
Wow...another great season, Congrats!
How do they stay this good every year? We're spoiled.
I could careless. Waste of the kids time. Zero money in a career and high probability of injurys later in life. Focus on school and putting job applications out from day one. The sport should stay in high school where it belongs.
SU should wrestle!!!
1105 is right. we should all put on helmets and stay at home so we don't get hurt
Yeah! And be miserable...
And spread misery throughout the land.
Cheer up 11:05😊
Wow 1105pm. At least this SU story was POSITIVE - compared to the break-in's, robberies, sexual assaults, NEGATIVE stories/comments that routinely circulate. Believe the local ACME has tin foil on sale this week!!!!!
1105 don't be angry just because you were bad at sports. They're in college which means they'll graduate with a degree. Take a load off man! There's more important things to be upset about!
