Got his name tattooed on arm because he kept forgetting it. 187 is a gang tattoo and is used in rap music. Section 187 of the California Penal Code defines the crime of murder.
Looks like a real winner. It's a shame he's not in DE, DSP don't play.
Not much of a human being; perhaps save the taxpayers and society some time and money and dispatch the dude.
Looks like most all the inmates I saw while working at the Prison.
