Eyewitness: Oregon Militiaman Murdered by Cops; “He Had His Hands in the Air”

The daughter of LaVoy Finicum, the Oregon militiaman shot dead by police during a traffic stop on Highway 395 yesterday, claims that her father was “murdered” execution-style with his hands in the air, an account backed up by an eyewitness to the incident.

Protesters involved in the weeks-long occupation of a federal wildlife refuge in Oregon, including leader Ammon Bundy, were apprehended by law enforcement as they traveled to the city of John Day to attend a community meeting set up by local residents.

“Everyone obeyed orders to surrender except two people: LaVoy Finicum and Bundy’s brother, Ryan Bundy,” a law enforcement official told CNN.

When do we start shooting back? I don't want to be the first but I don't want to be left out.

She is looking for someone to sue, then she won't have to work same as all these traitors. Who out there actually holds a job?

Surrender? Why? For what? Going to a meeting? Standing against the government? I said it before... If I am ever engaged unjustly I will fight to the death and die if it so happens for my rights. I doubt that it'll be me killed at first!

Or if you actually watch the video it clearly shows the criminal trying to pull something out of his waisteband area twice. Which turned out to be a gun.

I watched the drone video of the whole thing. He DID NOT have his hands in the air when he was shot. He was clearly reaching into his jacket with his right hand when he was shot. If he had kept his hands up, like he had them when he exited the vehicle, he would not have been shot. None of the others were shot when they exited the vehicle with their hands up (and kept them up). When he was shot, he only had one hand in the air and the other was reaching into his jacket pocket, where they subsequently found a handgun. Watch the video and see for yourselves. It was a good decision for the FBI to shoot. If he had gotten the gun out of his jacket there is no doubt that he intended to use it on the only officer that HE THOUGHT was confronting him. He never saw the other one coming up from behind until he turned around with his hand in his pocket. BAM! It was too late then. He had his chance to surrender.

I can SEE. I don't comment except when I am informed...unlike you. Watch the video, instead of making a unsubstantiated comment to my comment. The whole unedited video from the drone was released by the FBI; from the first stop, second stop, and to the final surrender by the rest of the occupants in the vehicle. I'm not eating anything, except my lunch. You have no point to your useless comment.
