DEA: Gangs targeted pharmacies to loot during riots

BALTIMORE —A recent increase in crime in Baltimore can be traced to gang activity, a Drug Enforcement Administration official told the WBAL-TV 11 News I-Team.

Violence and drugs go hand in hand, authorities say. The DEA's focus is to get illegal drugs off the streets, but it has been a challenge in Baltimore with a sense of lawlessness on the streets.

Gary Tuggle, assistant special agent in charge of the DEA's Baltimore District Office, is a native of Baltimore who was a city police officer in the Western District. He said gang members and so-called independent drug dealers are fueling much of the violence in the city.

Why does it take the machine so long to figure out the obvious? I only have a high school diploma, but sometimes they make me feel like I'm the smartest guy in the world.

The Mayor and SA does not care that is their Home Boys. Better not touch them or you will be charged for illegal detention, illegal arrest, possible kidnapping, cruel and unusual punishment for starters.
"O" I forgot racial profiling and race discrimination.

Baltimore does NOT have anyone in administration to do what this report suggests. If Rawlings and their 19 yo DA would open up, they would realize that they NEED to hire some white folks who are capable of leading a solution. Raw Lings refuses to realize this as does their kid DA.

I was thinking the same thing. That city is under-utilizing intelligent whit people, but instead intentionally putting them in menial positions. White lives matter.

well duh for crap sake. if you're gonna rob someone wouldn't you go for the most expensive things that you can get rid of quickly?

I don't know which is worse, the stupid reporters or the stupid readers who need to have it explained to them in the most simplest way.
