New York Cop Pulls Gun on Teens Having Snowball Fight

New York Cop Pulls Gun on Teens Having Snowball Fight

“Don’t f-ing move, guys,” the New Rochelle police officer can be heard on video as he points his gun at the youths, who are down on their knees with their hands in the air.

The cop proceeds to pat each of the youths down with one hand while holding the gun, continually telling them not to move.

Once the officer realized the fear was all in his head, he released the teens with no charges.

The officer had initially responded to a “disturbance,” according to Raw Story.

Do you think this cop feels like an idiot? Do you think his cop buddies are making lots of jokes?

I seem to recall a snowball fight in D.C. a few years back in which gunfire erupted.

Maybe the call should've come in as a "snowball fight" as opposed to a "disturbance". The caller was probably some old fart and figured the cops wouldn't show up for a snowball fight so reported it as a disturbance.

another gots to go kind of situation

There again, cops wonder why the public hates them and thinks they are idiots in a union mercenary squad carpetbagging for the state.

This sort of behavior by LE only furthers the already broadening hatred of them. Even people that leaned toward their support are having second thoughts as they see this irresponsible unwarranted misuse of power. Respect for LE is quickly, and probably irretrievably, waning from most of America. But until Americans make it's leaders hear them, we can expect more of the same.

A lot more to this story, but the biased "media:" refuses to report an accurate story.

Then tell us what the "lot more" is

If you click on the words "raw story," it says the police were sent to a call reporting that one of the teens had pointed a handgun at someone. That is, of course, conveniently left out of the summary of the incident.

Yeah, right... keep believing that 8:24.
DUH, the cops say that to keep the bad publicity down. The are liars and will falsify any story to condone their activity, just like they will plant evidence to CYA then the FOP union will vouch for their credibility lying the whole way through the investigation.

Deviant people they are. Never trust a cop.

Well, it seems that any given news program can obtain recordings of 911 calls for play on prime TV. If one were to obtain a recording of such a call, stating that a gun was displayed, what then would the opinion? Would it change how this situation was viewed?

Me thinks you're an idiot 8:45. I'm sure you're right. Not! And if the cop pilled up and joined in on the snowball fight as a means to diffuse the situation I'm sure you'd belly ache about that too!

NYPD new slogan? "Never bring a snowball to a gunfight."

Cops dont care that you dont like them. Cops can commit justifiable homicide and take YOUR freedom. The only, I mean only profession in the world where you have a license to kill. Cops care if other Cops respect them. They care that family loves them. Any Cop doing the job to be like needs to join the freaking girl scouts.

So as a 25+ year cop I dont give a shit if the dregs on this site like me or not lol Suck on that.
