Governor-elect Larry Hogan and his family tour Government and State Houses

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor O’Malley and First Lady Katie O’Malley gave Governor-elect Larry Hogan and his family an official tour of the Government House, the official residence of the Governor of Maryland, earlier today.

Afterward, Governor O’Malley escorted the Hogan family over to the State House, where they toured the second floor, the site of the Governor’s Offices.

“The Government House as well as the State House are beautifully decorated for the holidays,” said Governor-elect Hogan. “I want to thank Governor O’Malley and the First Lady for their hospitality this morning. They have been gracious to me, my family, and my staff throughout the transition, and I am grateful to them for their words of encouragement as I prepare to be sworn in as the 62nd Governor of Maryland.”

Governor Hogan, please remember that without mandatory confiscation of voluntary taxes Maryland cannot function. You were elected by the people, to work for the people, to stop and or change current unnecessary policies and regulations which are unconstitutional or which causes undo harm to Maryland citizens and businesses. Do what we sent you to do.
