“It has caused me a lot of damage. I haven’t been the same since this happened,” the unnamed victim said at a news conference this week, according to WFOR-TV. “He put his hands in my boxers and he grabbed my private part and he started playing with it.”
WPLG-TV reported that the alleged victim went to the hospital in the first place with leg and back pain on Sept. 15. In the emergency room at Palm Springs General Hospital in Hialeah, the man he said he was given medication that made him drowsy. There he alleged that such inappropriate behavior by ER Tech Rene Martinez happened not once but twice.

Is there a man rape kit? Tonight I heard that hospitals are billing rapees now.
I cannot see any man letting another man fondle him if he does not want to be fondled - could have happened I guess, just hard to believe the patient wasn't enjoying it.
