Their guess is they will get a payout of some kind to go away.

What, they want to re-negotiate her contract or something? Everyone there that had any financial dealings with her ant the rules in place back then are long since dead and ancient history.

They're pulling the tired old race card in hopes of cashing in before political correctness is put in the garbage where it belongs.

The product is good and the company is giving a black woman credit for quality. Along comes these liberal freeloaders trying to make it a racist issue. Black folks continue to dig themselves in the ground mainly because they are stupid racists.

Wow, the lady on the box doesn't look anything like Anne, nor does she have her name. Can they prove the recipe is the same? If not they are wasting their time - lazy freeloaders!

Ridiculous!

Hope the defendants petition the judge to sanction them and pay for costs of this frivolous action.

Guess I should sue Nike for not signing me up for a line of sneakers. I'll settle for 1/2 of what they paid Michael Jordan...but after I file I'll want 3/4.

Life is so unfair....

I was sued, and lost, by the BOE and COunty executive for "using their likeness" for putting feed in a "trough" for my pigs. Unbelievable.
