President Barack Obama told ABC’s Barbara Walters Friday night in an exclusive interview that he is confident his low approval numbers will rise shortly.
“The good thing about when you’re down is that usually, you’ve got nowhere to go but up,” the 44th president joked.

I'm glad its all a joke..you are a disgrace. I'm amazed how he believes his approval rating will ever go back up. You've screwed over so many people, told too many lies, and have no respect or regard for this country. There is no coming back from the despicable things you have done.
