Jim, When I was looking into surveillance equipment, I read somewhere that video images can't be made clear. Supposedly there's 35 millimeter surveillance cameras that images can be enhanced but they are rarely used due to the cost of them.
Even my much younger wife leaves her purse in the cart and walks well away from it when looking for something. They must think the purse is invisable when in a cart. Maybe back in a more gentle time when a man wouldn't be in a grocery store very often, but today?
Tip: Take the strap in the cart used for a child restraint and put it through your purse straps. When the thief goes to steal your purse, it will not come out of the cart.

Lose weight, have plastic surgery, make more money, get some manners, charm school, move out of mom's house, shower more frequently, lose the porn, brush your teeth and get a hair cut.
