The man suspected in slashing several women's buttocks in the Fairfax County area last year has been arrested.
Fairfax County police say in a news release that Johnny D. Guillen Pimentel was taken into custody in Lima, Peru, Monday and transported by U.S. Marshals to Fairfax County Tuesday.
He has been charged with six counts of malicious wounding, two counts of attempted malicious wounding and one count of forging a public document.
