Ha Ha Ha.... Outstanding?
The perp stole a police car during a shootout and you call this outstanding?
No gunman dead and you call this outstanding?
Sounds more like the Keystone cops.
I question the validity of the spin in the story also.
"police were confronted by three men firing guns..."
I guess three guys decided to have a shootout with cops??? B.S.
Something fishy at HQ boys...

If you read more than this 4 sentence description and read a full detailed article, you would see that the suspect was on PCP and remained unaffected by numerous attempts at shooting and tasing the suspect, including a shotgun wound. Police will not and should not shoot to kill unless they are in imminent danger, and the suspect was disarmed after the initial encounter.

How would you know what he may or may not know? Or anyone else for that matter?

Combat situation? lmao.

The only thing worse than an old cop, is a young cop.

And some of those don't make it to become an old cop.
