OCPD PUBLIC ADVISORY REGARDING STREET PERFORMERS AND THE NEW NOISE ORDINANCE

A PARTNERSHIP FOR A SAFE FAMILY VACATION

In other words, we'll be glad to take your permit money, as well as the fines our mercenaries impose when you try to exercise your permit given right to perform.
Soon there will be an entrance tax.
50, 54 and 90 will have gates and some of those new DHS explosion/bullet proof guard stations.
5 dollars per person or ten for a car load. Vans and buses will pay by gross weight.
That of course is to offset the costs incurred by the anti terrorism iniciative's that are so desperately needed in O.C.

Would not surprise me at all 3:02.
Gotta somehow pay those employee salaries of the top heavy departments created before the council became a majority with some sense.
