FEDERAL JUDGE GETS DROP ON TOMBSTONE

Historic Tombstone, Ariz., long has been known as the “Town Too Tough To Die,” but that was before it encountered the Obama administration, which has refused permission for the town to repair the water system in the nearby Huachuca Mountains from which it has drawn H2O for more than a century.
That means the town is living on only a fraction of the water supplies to which it is accustomed, drawing only from several wells, some of which are poisoned by arsenic, town representatives say.

The best way to tell if a "reporter" is full of crap is to check to see if he/she actually includes both sides of the argument. Seems like I'm catching the aroma of dirty pampers

Nobody reads the 10th amendment anymore, Read, fix the pipes, case closed. Might need the second amendment to verify. No problem.

The federal government would like nothing more than to take away all state's rights. Some states are even on board like Michigan and their DNR trying to kill all heritage pig breeds.

Why would the Government want to displace an old West town-oops,answered my own question.Independent free-thinking people with guns live there.They are not as easily rounded up.
