Makes sense to me. Give movie makers a $22.5 million tax credit and tax us on the Eastern Shore for going to the toilet. That helps us clean up the bay for the polution coming from Baltimore.
Why would we give the film industry special consideration?
How about the oil industry? They create jobs.
Bring more liberals to Maryland, hope they start filming on shore.
